Welcome to Sudzy Mama! By accessing or using our website, purchasing our handmade soaps, or interacting with our ThyCa donation link, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Use 

• You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase.  
• You agree to provide accurate information for all transactions and communications.  
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

2. Products and Orders 

• All soaps are handmade, so slight variations in color, design, or scent may occur.  
• Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.  
• We strive to ensure product availability, but we are not liable for items that are out of stock.  
• Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

3. Payments 

• We accept payments via [insert payment methods, e.g., credit/debit cards, PayPal].  
• All transactions are processed securely, but you are responsible for ensuring your payment details are accurate.

4. Shipping and Delivery 

• Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.  
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses provided by you or issues with shipping carriers.  
• Risk of loss transfers to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds 

• Due to the nature of handmade soaps, we do not accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or defective.  
• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at mama@sudzymama.com with photos of the issue to request a refund or replacement.  
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

6. ThyCa Donation Link 

• 10% of profits from "Caryn's Scrubs" sales are donated to thyca.org.  
• Additional donations made via the ThyCa link are handled directly by thyca.org, and we are not responsible for their processing or use.  
• Donation amounts are non-refundable through Sudzy Mama.

7. Intellectual Property 

• All content on this website (e.g., product images, descriptions, logos) is the property of Sudzy Mama and may not be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability 

• Our soaps are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.  
• We are not liable for any allergic reactions or damages resulting from misuse of our products.  
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

9. Third-Party Links 

• Our website includes a link to thyca.org. We are not responsible for the content, services, or practices of third-party sites.

10. Changes to These Terms 

• We may update these Terms and Conditions as needed. Changes will be posted here with an updated "Last Updated" date.  
• Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
