Return & Refund Policy

Due to the handmade, small-batch nature of our products and for the health and safety of all our customers, all sales are final on opened or used items. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on any soap, balm, scrub, or lotion that has been opened or used.

Unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, minus original shipping costs. Items must be in their original, sealed packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return, please contact us at Soap@SudzyMama.com before sending anything back.

Damaged or defective items are the exception — if your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.
