We currently ship within the United States only.

Processing Time All Sudzy Mama products are handmade in small batches with care. Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.

Delivery Times Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at Soap@SudzyMama.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll do our best to make it right.
